Cheso Chamchi Bibimbab (Vegetable & Tuna Bibimbab)

Bibimbab (mixed rice) is the quintessential Korean fast food. Although it’s easy to consume, it’s one of the most intricate and time-consuming food to prepare. There’re different kinds of the mixed rice dish: seafood bibimbab, wild herbs bibimbab etc. Be creative, combine any ingredients with rice and spicy red pepper sauce (or soy sauce).

Try this simple version (http://youtu.be/cfN1KV5u-Q8) with fresh salad, tuna and red pepper sauce. It doesn’t require cooking and it’s a pesco-vegetarian recipe without garlic. If you’re a vegan, add mushrooms and sugar instead of tuna and honey.

The recipe is also available in French (http://youtu.be/pYL2LT11LSE) and Spanish (http://youtu.be/1VjQjgfqwAA). Visit my non-commercial channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/5minuterecipes) for more video recipes.
